Nondestructive analysis

Imaging analysis
We can observe how component is distributed in a coating layer or a core particle by TOF-SIMS.
Laser Raman microscope enables us to perform imaging of tablet ingredients (active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, lubricants, etc.). Raman imaging picture shows us the size and the dispersion state of each ingredient particle. The grade of raw materials can be identified.

Formulation development support by deformulation technologies
Deformulation is analytical process of separating, identifying, and quantifying mixed components.
Deformulation may be used for product development including competitive product comparisons, determination of alternatives to prohibited or abolished components, and confirmation of product identity with existing patents and manufacturing technology.
